Description
Led by Lisa Wilvert this continuing education course explores how sound from the Tibetan singing bowls entrains the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies which induces a deep meditative and peaceful state, clarity of mind and intuition. When the Tibetan singing bowls are placed directly on the body the sound vibrations are transmitted into our blood, organs, tissues and cellular memory through the 70 to 80% water and fluids in our system. These sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engage our relaxation reflex and inhibit the stress or pain response. They reduce brain wave activity, slow the respiratory and heart rate and create ’Cardio-Respiratory Synchronicity’. This is the perfect condition to release blocked energy and bring the body back into alignment.
